1 Night Stay Holiday Voucher

1. The last date to register the voucher is 30-12-2024. The last date to book the Hotel voucher is 15-01- 2025 and the last date to check in the Hotel is 18-02-2025
2. To avail & redeem the holiday voucher, the customer needs to register the voucher and submit the below:
a. Two options for Location and “Date of Travel” to be mentioned (with a gap of at least 10 days). The first date of choice will have to be 15 days from the date of submission of the booking.
b. The customer will have to submit a copy of ID proof for all travellers while completing their booking.
3. The offer entitles a Couple (2 adults) to a 1 Night accommodation only at select luxury Hotels & Resorts in India.  
4. The offer is subject to promotional availability.
5. There is a strict limit of one booking per customer and per home address for the duration of the promotion. No booking will be made in any corporate/company name. No group bookings will be entertained.
6. This offer is available to customers except for employees, dealers, and trade partners of Titan Company Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. This offer does not include any additional costs (e.g. extra nights, food & beverages, or other charges) that, if incurred, must be paid for directly to the hotels.
7. Only one voucher may be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill, per household, per venue, per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). You may not claim any other offer at the same venue.
8. It is mandatory to provide a minimum of 15 days advance notice period prior to travel dates to avail of this offer.
9. The booking of the holiday voucher will be done by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. in any of the available choices within your choice of city or dates. No request for a change in date, location or hotel will be entertained at any point. The hotel will be provided by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. as per availability and no request for change in hotel details will be accepted at any time. 
10. This offer does not include any additional costs (e.g. extra nights, extra pax, food & beverage, apart from the meals offered above or other charges) that, if incurred, must be paid for directly to the hotels.
11. All bookings must be made in advance of arrival at the hotel.
12. Under this Offer, Check-in/booking dates can be between 3rd November 2024 to 18th Jan 2025 only. The holiday package is not valid for certain peak periods for eg: 30 Oct - 2nd Nov (Deepawali), and 24th Dec to 3rd Jan 2024, 
13. A confirmation letter/mail will be issued in the name of the applicant by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Once a confirmation slip is issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained. Customers may also be asked for proof of identification of all travellers upon arrival at the hotel to redeem the offer.
14. Cancellations against the venue once booked will not be entertained. 
15. The holiday voucher will be utilized only by the person to whom it will be issued. No changes in the hotel booking confirmation voucher will be entertained at any time.
16. The hotel check-in & checkout timings will be mentioned in the booking confirmation voucher/mail. No request for early check-in and late check-out will be entertained.
17. The voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be sold, or redeemed for cash. The offer is subject to promotional availability.
18. The Customer hereby expressly acknowledges and undertakes that Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. or Titan cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations or any alterations to the hotel bookings on account of lockdowns or any other government/ hotel management-imposed restrictions.
19. The usage of facilities at the hotel & resorts are subject to availability and at the description of the hotel management. 
20. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the hotel booking voucher to the Eligible Subscriber at least seven days before that Eligible Subscriber's date of stay.
21. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. does not give any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of the hotel and/or the services being offered by the relevant hotels. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. is also not liable for any defect or deficiency in services so offered by any of the hotels.
22. Customer agrees and undertakes not to hold the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and TITAN its directors, officers, employees etc. responsible for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, charges and expenses that the purchaser may/might have suffered sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
23. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. is free to invalidate any voucher being misused (eg. voucher being sold to any other person(s), bulk selling of vouchers) and demand compensation from the Eligible Subscriber or voucher holder under such circumstances.
24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and Titan are not responsible for the management of the hotels and will not accept either liability nor claims for disappointment or dispute in relation to the management of the hotels.
25. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for the information supplied by the hotels including any information on their websites.
26. Photocopied, scanned, illegible, tampered or defaced vouchers/ID proofs will not be accepted.
27. Any dispute arising from this promotion is subject to jurisdiction by the courts of Bangalore.
28. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer available at the resort or hotel at the time of redemption or during booking.

General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion:

1. This Voucher entitles the end user to 1 Night Stay Holiday Voucher. The user/customer will not be able to select the offer, and the offer will be revealed after successful registration on the promotional website. 
2. This offer is not available to employees of Titan Company Ltd and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies and their immediate families. 
3. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
4. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Offer excludes Public Holidays and bank holidays
6. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
7. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
8. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
9. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per household during the promotion period.

14. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.

16. Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. Titan Company Ltd. is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
20. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
22. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

26. Titan Company Ltd. does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the theatres. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.
27. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
28. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
